I ship my pieces to almost any country in the world (except Russia, Israel, and Canada) via the Polish Post. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, just send me a message — we’ll sort it out. Within Poland, including Warsaw, I ship via InPost to the parcel locker that is most convenient for you, this delivery usually takes 1–4 days. In Warsaw, you can also choose free local pickup from my studio on Ząbkowska street, available by prior arrangement. Delivery to EU countries typically takes around 1–1.5 weeks, and to countries outside the EU — approximately 2 to 4 weeks. However, during the pre-holiday period, small delays may occur. Yes! However, to prolong its lifespan, I still recommend washing the item by hand. If you notice any tea or coffee stains over time, I suggest using a melamine sponge to remove them.
